The following standard rates are applicable. Prices are for guidance only and are subject to change. Please check when booking for the current rates.

Tariff (from Jan 1st 2012)

• £55 per night for single occupancy.
  
• £78 per night for double room with two sharing.

Please Note:- We can only take a minimum of two nights booking  during the high season from May through to end of September. (Three nights over Bank holiday Weekends)

Booking Policies

We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
A Deposit is requested on confirmation of booking.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 Hours notice.
